Managing policies was already a nightmare. Now agents move faster than traditional security can. So we’re building a platform that carries the burden for you. Agents should take away work, not your life.
A team of specialists who have spent their careers shipping enterprise security tools.
Co-founder & CEO
Neelima has spent two decades taking security products from zero to one, four times over: GM and VP at ServiceNow, VP at Zscaler and Palo Alto Networks, founding PM at Demisto, with earlier years at Symantec and McAfee. She started Metano because governance tooling showed CISOs their agents without giving them control.
Co-founder & CTO
Ratnesh has built endpoint security for twenty years: FireEye, Bromium, and McAfee, with products scaled from scratch to 10M+ deployments and 10 patents across cybersecurity and microVM detection. At Metano he leads the platform: the sensor, the context graph, and the detection engine underneath it.
Three things we hold ourselves and our product to.
If it can’t be shown running, it isn’t claimed. The product speaks first, on real data, limitations included.
Metano raised its seed round in 2026, led by Sierra, with Correlation Ventures, High Alpha, and 360 ONE.
Mark Fernandes
“Every platform shift in security produces a few companies that own the new control point. Agents represent one of the biggest disruptions we have ever seen. We believe Metano is best positioned to help enterprises navigate the rapid change in their cyber environment.”
We’re 20+ people across San Francisco, India, the UK, and Israel, building the platform we spent our careers preparing for. There’s no playbook for agent security yet; the people who thrive here are the ones who want to write it.
